the compass is a 21+ property with the exception of the studio which is family friendly!

while we love your furry kiddos, we are a pet free zone to ensure everyone's comfort.

there is ample and free street parking on 1st street

directly front of the inn.

we clean & disinfect between guests, not daily to reduce waste and conserve water. we have extras available of anything you might need.

we are a smoke & vape free property.

if you partake, please do so outside and away from other potential travelers.
